Company does not care about customer.
This was in my son's wishlist for Christmas, I made my order November 28, 2025 on Black Friday. I was promised delivery would be 8-20days maximum. Well it's December 23, 2025 and my order just left China!! I have been trying to contact someone since December 8, 2025 and all I get is the run around, sending tracking numbers that clearly says its in China with no resolution at all. Worst experience in ordering. Worst experience in customer service. Worst experience with shipping. At this point I spend over $220 for my sons gifts BUT do not have nothing to give him for Christmas. Will NEVER use this company again.
