Breakdown cover for motorhome arranged but were told our vehicle was to heavy!
Breakdown cover for motorhome arranged through Caravan Guard, left us sitting at Birchanger services for 8 hours, said 3.5t motorhome was to heavy for transporting, never returned a call, i must have spent 11/2 hrs trying to get a response, in the end i spoke to Sharon who did actually want to help and she obtained permission for us to arrange our own recovery so 12 hrs later finally got home, as being a sunday the dealership was closed, now refusing to take it to a garage, saying we will have to pay to have it moved.
