When I selected the call back option
When I selected the call back option, I never got called back. It has happened before when they called back several hours later. So, now I have decided to stay on the call. That is not acceptable. Updated on 5-13-2026: I got an IBKR response. It does not answer the question as to why no one called me. I do know you have a worldwide support structure. What good is it if NO one calls back? Additionally, the link you provided has errors... I get the following message... Page not found No URL was found for this address.
