I ordered a Christmas present from this…
I ordered a Christmas present from this company and unfortunately it never arrived. When I contacted them, they claimed it had been delivered and provided a “proof of delivery” link. However, when you click on the link, it is broken and does not show any delivery confirmation at all. A broken link is not proof of delivery. I raised this with Klarna, but despite explaining that I did not receive the item and that the proof link does not work, they have decided I still have to pay. I am extremely disappointed. I did not receive the goods, yet I am being asked to pay for them. I would strongly advise others to be cautious. Very stressful experience, especially as this was meant to be a Christmas present.
