Selling our jewelry.
We had an appointment at the Evanston location. The associate, Kendra, met us precisely at 12:00; introduced herself and took us into her office. She explained the entire procedure to us...one step at a time. After looking at our jewelery, she gave us a quote. We asked if we could think it over. She took us to another office where we discussed the offer and decided to sell the pieces. This associate is very thorough, personable and a pleasure to work with.
