This company advertises and advertises and sucks you in to wanna bring your jewelry in but then when you send them all the information they require and it takes a fair amount of time to do so then they say they don’t want any of your jewelry a waste of time to deal with them unless you have very, very high-end jewelry very discouraging to deal with them. I had an appointment I sent the photos. I communicated five times with them and then they canceled my appointment because my stuff was not good enough.

The representative was not friendly and said there is a two karat minimum. I had two karat diamond earrings that were very high quality. Not only were they rude, they were not helpful. Will not be bringing any of my fine jewelry to CIRCA ever after this experience.
