Updating my initial review based on resolution from company. My fiance ordered my wedding band 12 weeks or so prior to our wedding date. Loose grown diamond states in their FAQ they take 3-4 weeks from order to fulfillment. We reached out to customer service after about 3.5 for an update and were told it would be there the following week. The following week, we hadn’t received an update so we reached out again and were told “next week or the week after.” It did not ship. We reached out via phone and they told us it had failed quality control and was being remade. By this point it had been over 8 weeks so enough time to fulfill our order twice. After reaching out again with serious concerns about the ring arriving in time, customer service provided us with clearer details of the cause of delays and sent several updates over the next steps including following up with overnight delivery. I was very satisfied with the customer service we received at this point and with the quality of the ring but I do not think we should have had to reach out for updates as frequently as we did and wish they had proactively contacted us when things went off track. It took approximately 2 months for the ring to arrive after we ordered it. However, customer service is responsive and it’s easy to get a hold of a real human, and I feel they took appropriate steps to make it right.
