the facilities were very posh , including an automated expresso/Latte machine.
Best of all was the Staff. So friendly, personable and helpful with no pressure sales.

Kendra was very, very nice from the moment my sister and I entered the office. She was friendly, personable, and welcoming as if a long time friend. She made us feel very comfortable and relaxed knowing we were selling family jewelry. Kendra was additionally extremely knowledgeable about the metals, stones, overall process, and shared her journey with us to becoming a geologist. My sister and her discovered they were in the Art program at the same university around the same time too!

The experience was a positive one for several reasons. Robin was professional in her demeanor yet friendly and I did not feel pressured to make decisions. The scheduling process was easy and follow up questions were promptly answered prior to the meeting. I never felt rushed to leave and She answered questions r/t gold weights with and without stones. Even though I could have chosen the online route for potentially a greater valuation, I was able to watch the weighting process and I did not have a delay in payment and was offered options for how Circa pays. It was a great customer experience.
