Had my engagement ring appraised by Natasha in the Coral Gables branch and felt secure, comfortable and reassured throughout the process. She was very personable and showed to have lots of knowledge about diamonds and guided me through every step of the pricing process, explaining how she reached the given quote. We had an appointment at the Evanston location. The associate, Kendra, met us precisely at 12:00; introduced herself and took us into her office. She explained the entire procedure to us...one step at a time. After looking at our jewelery, she gave us a quote. We asked if we could think it over. She took us to another office where we discussed the offer and decided to sell the pieces.
