Had my engagement ring appraised by Natasha in the Coral Gables branch and felt secure, comfortable and reassured throughout the process. She was very personable and showed to have lots of knowledge about diamonds and guided me through every step of the pricing process, explaining how she reached the given quote. I am still holding on to the ring as I am not ready to sell yet but now I know what I have and will for sure come back to see her when it's time. Highly recommend
