Very professional and well run and organized. The representative took her time to look over the pieces. The only issue was the amounts offered were very low. As an example, I had a beautiful gold and diamond bracelet and they offered $300 less than I could sell it as for the gold. That was disappointing and I chose not to sell, but the lady was extremely polite and respectful. I would recommend weighing your items and knowing the exact gold rate per gram in your city ( on that day) before going in, just so you know what you have and can make an informed decision on the sale.
