He was personable and relatable. He explained the steps in the process always taking time to answer every question before moving forward. He stressed how the company valued every client and offered us a variety of options that might meet our needs. He continued to be readily accessible and respond to all new questions. He did not rush us, he waited until he was sure we understood his answers and he had explained everything to our satisfaction. He let us know the names of staff that would contact us as the process moved forward. He remained a safety throughout or transaction, knowing we could reach out if we were unsure in any way.
