Par has gone above and beyond to help me get my Dad’s albums loading again on his Nixplay frame. He always had another suggestion that I could try until we finally resolved the issues I was having. I was able to also upgrade to a new frame which has more memory so MORE pictures! Thank you Par for your patience. Consider me a Nixplay customer forever!!
