My experience so far has not been great, my peel arrived damaged, new one sent. My Arc didn’t arrive when advised by DPD, was later told that it had been returned to Gozney because it was damaged. Spoke to customer services and ask that the replacement be sent on a certain day as I was going on holiday, date was agreed. It came as no surprise that DPD tried to deliver the pizza over when I was on holiday, despite advising the customer care team and changing the date on the DPD app to a date I was back from holiday. This pizza oven was a gift for my wife, we still don’t have the oven. I’m sure the oven will be great when it arrives, however my experience so far has been very disappointing.
