I’m so disappointed in this merchant…
I’m so disappointed in this merchant because I place an order on June 13 received a confirmation that the order was received and in progress fast forward to June 24 zero updates. I reached out for some tracking information and expected delivery date since the original delivery date has passed. I have not received a response and it’s been 48 hours since I sent the email. I sent a follow up asking if my order will arrive in time before my vacation as the reason I purchased the hat for. I still have not received a response or an acknowledgment of my email being received. My next step is to leave by review give other shoppers an inside of my experience so it doesn’t happen to them. My advice is use a different merchant.
