Good until you encounter a problem. Then it's worse than horrible!
I was a loyal customer who had bought quite a few pairs of contacts in the past. Fortunate for me, the last few transactions worked out fine eventhough there were a couple minor issues with the website and an order (the prescription on one pair of the lenses were incorrect). I brushed it off without complaining or doing anything as mistakes does happen. But this time, I've had it. I had so many issues with the website, filling out my prescriptions and order multiple times only to have it not gone through. Also, it says on the site that you'll get free shipping if you order $69 or above. Spoiler alert, there's always a $1 handling fee. Anyways, when my order finally went through, I waited for over 2 weeks, but nothing was shipped still. Sent them an email, took them days to reply, response was rude (basically blaming the customers for not reading the fine prints and every line and page on the website, which I did on the item I'm ordering. I always read what it says on the description). They are saying I should have ordered the lenses separately because one of them takes longer to ship. Now I have to wait 2.5 to 3 months. The website specifically says standard shipping takes 14-25 business days. No mention of ordering items separately and having to wait for months. This is the last of it. I'm never getting anything from them and I'll be spreading my disappointment as well.
