I ordered 3 dresses which didn't suit…
I ordered 3 dresses which didn't suit me. I aked to send them back for a refund. Turns out, more expensive to return than the initial order. They offered me 50% rewards on the amount I spent, or 30% refund. I took the 50% rewards and it now appears that I have to spend double the amount to get the rewards. This was not clearly communicated in any emails. Not a good experience and I wont' be shopping with them again.
