Website Redesign (January 2026) Completely Ruined the Experience

The new website (as of January 2026) is terrible. How did this pass any UX testing? As a repeat customer who's ordered 10+ times over the past 5 years with zero issues on product quality or delivery, reordering simple items like socks or clothing used to be easy: just click on past orders to add them back to the cart. That functionality is now completely gone. They also wiped out my wishlist with almost no notice (maybe 4 days to save anything), and I can't remember all the exact sizes and items I had saved. My shopping cart was destroyed too. Browsing has been ruined... product photos for shirts or socks often take up half the screen (sometimes the entire screen), making it impossible to see many items at once on desktop. You can't even use the browser zoom to shrink things down and view more. This might work okay on mobile or tablet, but it completely kills the desktop experience where I used to scan dozens of options quickly. This is a downgrade in every way... no real benefits for customers, just a garbage-looking UI that adds frustration. Why fix what wasn't broken? Maybe they rushed it to save money, but it shows zero consideration for frequent shoppers. I won't be ordering much (if anything) until they fix these issues.... it's basically impossible now. Hopefully online sales drop enough to force them to bring back the old site or at least restore the useful features. Suggestion to Altitude Sports: Run major changes by your loyal customers first, give proper notice (more than a few days) to save wishlists/carts, and actually ask for feedback before rolling out something this disruptive. 2 stars – you've lost my trust with this change.
