Disappointed, but customer service made up for it
Disappointed. Not only was it not clearly noted that swimwear was not returnable, but their own sizing guide is off and inconsistent. I order two swimsuits. Same size was ordered. One is roughly two US sizes larger than their conversion chart and the other is just a poor fit all together, not being at all what was shown online. I can advise that the products did arrive in a timely manner. Just bummed that it was money down the drain since neither fit and they won’t return or exchange. Within days of my original review, they reached out to me and offered to refund me for the items. They were prompt and followed through. Their customer serviced rocked! Definitely made up for the disappointment, I so wish the swimsuits would’ve worked out and hope that they can at least offer exchanges in the future.
