We could not get the tickets we originally purchased without stand by status. Amy Shelton worked for almost an hour with me to get us to our destination within our timeframe. She finally found alternate flights from a closer airport which met our needs. I am grateful to her for her persistence and am happy with our final results. She maintained her professional approach even though I was initially upset about the situation. Thank you Amy.
