Etoren left me with a £891.00 paperweight!
If you want a quick delivery, don't believe the reviews, my phone took 9 working days to arrive, with very limited tracking information. When the phone finally arrived the Samsung secruity seal had been opened. Samsung clearly state "DO NOT ACCEPT IF SEAL IS BROKEN". I see no valid reason for Etoren to break the seals and tape over them to make it look like they had not been broken. Etoren will happly lie to customer and make up stories as to why the manufacturers security seals might have been broken. They are not a UK based company so don't assume they will respect any of your customer rights. As I learnt when they have repeatly refused to allow me to reject the product. I asked for them to collect the phone for a refund, they have either ignored the request or provided me with another excuse for why the seals were broken, even though they promised by email the phone would arrive sealed. If you value your consumer rights avoid Etoren, because even they don't listen to there own T&C which clearly states "No effect to statutory rights The above policies are part of our commitment to high quality service. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer". As you can see from there reply, this is a genuine review, and I have genuinely been left with a £891.00 paperweight thanks to Etoren. Who feel its appropriate to ignore consumers rights, they could have solved this simply by exchanging the product for a sealed unit, but that would be good customer service.
