It’s not worth the saving
Great price for railcard however I’d buy direct n future. Finding my digital card - impossible. Live chat - chat get past the bot. Call them - only set options. I consider myself fairly clever but the app is hideous to use. Also train fairs are cheaper on rail sites. Feeling conned
