No product support and poor service.
Im sure it may be possible to get a good deal on products from this company and if they work then fine.... But my camera was missing parts and poor communication from Tomtop forced me to the resolution centre at PayPal. Their answer was to ship the tracked box back to China at my own expense to get a refund that was only a few dollars more. In my experience reputable companies accept damaged or missing goods as their loss and refund the purchase price. NOT SO WITH TOMTOP. Update.... As of yesterday I was contacted by Customer Service and the company offered me a $5 refund. My criticism of the refund policy still stands but it appears the company is trying to make amends. So I changed the rating to 2 stars
