I ordered a dress from Futario but thought it was not true to size so I provided feedback in the review. The customer service immediately replied to my review by offering me an option for a new size with no need to return the current order. The replacement came within a couple of weeks and the dress fits perfectly. I really appreciated the professionalism and speedy response .
