Delivery service is horrible
I was expecting a delivery and was sent tracking information that it would be delivered on a certain day. All of a sudden, I stopped getting tracking updates and never received my delivery. Called customer service. Before talking to a representative you have to run the quauntlet with their AI assistant. I called several times and got nowhere. The representatives are so overly friendly and polite to the point it is more rehearsed than genuine. They kill you with kindness but can't do anything to actually help you. Needless to say, I never got my delivery.
