No responses to emails
No responses to emails. Timeline way out. No updates on portal and stuck at quality checks so I saw their terrible reviews on trustpilot and logged with my credit card company as a scam as I paid £800+ for my tests. Finally got a note saying my results were so I was going to cancel my claim. But despite paying for all tests and results I only had access to a small number of them. I have contacted numerous times to ask them to enable access to all my results and again no response so will keep my claim active until I get a response and access to all my reports.
