The dress was way too big and I am trying to return it. The company have come back to me asking for: your relevant body measurements (e.g., height, weight, chest, shoulder width) would also help—we’ll keep this info confidential. Could you kindly share with us which store you purchased similar items from before, as well as the size that fit you well? I feel this is an invasion of privacy and an attempt to put me off trying to return the item. Appalling service!
