I booked with Travel China Guide about three months before my travels around China. As the tickets for high speed rail trains are only be released a month before the departure date, my tickets weren't guaranteed. I knew this and some tickets did have to be altered. This was done efficiently by the company, however, there was then a sum of money that was needed to be refunded to me as the newly acquired tickets were less expensive as those I had previously booked. This money was never refunded to me. I have complained many times now, each with the same reply: that the money had already been refunded. Yet every time this turned out to be untrue. It was due to be refunded in July, it is now September and I still haven't been repaid. This is absolutely appalling. I have now amended my review to reflect that fact that I have finally been refunded by the travel company.
