Still waiting since Nov 29th
Ordered on the 29th November. Took forever to get any tracking details! My package sat in Sydney for a few days. Contacted MoonMagic were I was replied with an automated robot response. Game picked stones, whatever I don’t believe it! Be better at logistics when you ask for people’s money!!! I hate the mailing service company you have chosen! Cheap sure!!! Bad communication, bad tracking updates! Some of the people who deliver your packages from YunExpress just throw your packages on the front lawn with no care! If I don’t like the product after waiting this long I will be very upset and obviously ask for a refund and never order again! My package is currently been sitting somewhere in Melbourne since the January 2nd. What is taking so long!!! Give me my order!!!
