Cheap ticket on their auto system have entered wrong salutation for my daughter's name. For 12 year old instead of using Miss; they have used Mrs. Upon contacting Airline; they have mentioned that this can be an issue. But cheaptickets.sg is really behaving unprofessionally and instead of rectifying or updating the salutation in name they are simply dismissing the fact that it is not an issue. As its their mistake so they have to either pay to airline to update the salutation or at least get it in writing from airline that this wrong salutation is not any issue at check-in. But neither they are willing to address the issue nor even bothering to communicate with airline to close the issue with proper assurance from airline in writing. Simply un professional !!
