AVOID AVOID I have never had such bad customer service. I purchased 2 sandal and i wanted to return them as they weren't suitable. It says on the website 100% refund if you are not happy. This is not the case. First they offered me 20% back and i keep the shoes. I said no. Then they offered 40% back and keep or destroy the shoes in order to get 100% back. What a terrible waste of shoes in order to get a refund. Why could i not send them back and get my money back. Dont waste your money or time
