Issues fully resolved!
I had a few issues that arose from a misunderstanding of how a store credit was applied to an order when a return was processed and when a product was returned with damage that I was not aware of before I sent it back and Ivan and Heidi were incredible in helping me - they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I was very impressed.
