The little Protection Parts inside the Helmet wasnt fixed and must fix them all with Power Glue. The Update didnt work and failed all the Time... and the Support is a Joke. If you sell Items in Germany...why you didn't support in german? Yes, the Helmet App is online, the Helmet Power is on, BT connected... but it's impossible the update the Firmware...poor Job Guys
