Ordered a nice looking knitted sweater I saw in an online ad. Didnt check the store. Thought it was american. Turned out to be chineze. Took two weeks for it to arrive. Sweater was correct width, but way to short. Threads were sticking out of all the seams. Also, size label was on the outside of the seam of the sleeve?! Wasted money. Never again. Edit: Dresslily's respons was excellent. They fully reimbursed me and asked me to donate the sweater to charity. That I will happily do. Hopefully someone smaller will be happy with it. Unexpected but great service. Keep this up. Maybe include length information in the article size description.
