Fell short with the pockets.
Ordered a jacket from them on Oct 2 and got it Oct 9, correct size and all. That alone got 3 stars from me. Two things how ever, the stitching was kind of large on the inside and rubs against your skin, h/e the jacket is very affordable so I can't expect top tier service. Materials were nice and felt great. But the big thing that got 2 stars taken away from me is the jacket has stitching for pockets and you can see them on the inside, except the pockets themselves are stitched up so you can't even put your hands in there. The product is (Zip Up Faux Twinset Hoodie) so the company might want to look into that. Otherwise I've had no problem with the system.
