S 20 ultra
Received the phone on time delivery. It looked like brand new with all the stickers on it and the security label on the box. But when i opened the box on the back of the phone where the phone camera raised edge is was scratched. Brand new phone factory sealed in the box damaged. I DO NOT get this. Should i blame Samsung for this? Other wise the phone works nice and i like it, so i decided to keep it because i know what hassle could be to return from UK to Singapore.
