My problem resolved quickly
Had a problem with my order, which was all my fault when I placed the order. Called TWC help phone number -- Justine answered the phone. She talked to the right people at TWC and resolved my problem and my shipment is already on the way. She even called me back exactly like she said she would, along with emails. All done very quickly. If I have a problem again I hope that Justine is the one that answers! Thanks!
