Defective products
Long delivery time, cheap product, defective materials, no customer service, no return and no refunds. After receiving email adds, I started buying several item from newfrog. Each and every items stopped worlking after first few days. Some of the items came defective and did not work at all. I wrote several email to replace the item but my emails were ignored. Big mistake to buy cheap products from Newfrog.
