Don't waste your time with this site. Order changed from processing to backordered to discontinued and back to backordered. No one can tell me what's going on. Once payment is completed the customer service response time went to the gutters. Don't even think you can get a response the same day. Even items that are marked as same-day shipping can be delayed by up to 10+ days (+ because I still have no idea where my product is) Edit : Guess what. After one email, the CS rep disappeared again. What "great" customer service.
