found a satisfactory plan
it was relatively easy to find a plan that would work for my needs and it was clear how adding an "extra" like Cancel for any Reason would affect the price (a lot!). When I logged in I didn't have my travel dates right at hand and had to search for the them which seemed to trigger a chat pop up. While it can be helpful this time it was annoying as I hadn't even had a chance to view the options. I would prefer to ask for the chat if i need it.
