We have used Insuremytrip.com many times. They recommended IMGGlobal. We used IMGGlobal for 3 trips. We filed a claim for the last trip for in June for trip interruption. The claim was very small. We have contacted IMG 3 times and have got no response. We travel a lot and have decided not to use insuremytrip because they recommended a company that does not pay legitimate claims. Trustpilot is amazing. We received the money for our small claim. Thank you to Trustpilot.

Great Resource for Travel Insurance
InsureMyTrip has been a great resource for me for over 10 years. Very easy to price and compare policies, with staff available should I need to have some questions answered. Most recently I was helped by Alex, who was very knowledgeable and not at all rushed in assisting me (all the staff have been great, when I have had questions)!

Kathy was nice, kind, professional, knowledgeable and made it a JOY to buy insurance! That's a sure difference. Next trip, she'll be my second call at Aegis Travel Insurance after we've booked our trip. This was Kathy's advice and after waiting to the last moment just a few days before we leave for Alaska....I could have been so much calmer and self-assured if we would have only bought this travel insurance earlier. This insurance came highly rated by a friend(why did I not listen) and after we had already spent sooo much money, this insurance money was just a drop in the bucket.

They had all details in front of them, confirmed my requests, and corrected all issues in minutes. Conformation of changes were received by email in seconds.
