Bought a policy with this company for a vacation. Had a major trip interruption so filed a claim After more than 100 days after the filing and countless emails,phone calls company informed me that I would receive a certain reimbursement Six days later company reneged on that. You should be aware that based on my experience this company is untrustworthy and you would be taking a big gamble buying a policy from them

It was fine. the only thing I never received was the documents to print out.
Had a claim
Had a claim. They asked a couple of questions. A couple of weeks later, they said a payment is its way. It was electronically deposited into my account.

Not Travel Insurance
You sign up and pay for an annual travel insurance membership, only to later discover your trip is not insured. What? That's right: your annual travel insurance membership covers issues with your luggage. Oh, you want your travel covered? That's an additional 'optional' purchase on top of the annual fee you already paid. And even when you do that, they'll look for reasons to deny your coverage.

Peace of mind
Easy to get luckily didn’t need to use it for our trip but had it just in case made me feel more secure.

I am revising my review since we did receive resolution for our claim. It was difficult and took a long time but once we understood the process better, everything worked out. Many thanks for the assistance.

Great comprehensive coverage
My husband and I have used this insurance for our Viking cruises. It costs more, but it also covers more.
