Booked for 4 nights in total over 2 weeks period. The second trip was cancelled and the hotel did not have reference number for airport pickup. Booked again then then they charged twice. Tried numerous times to contact Agado & hotel would not furnish invoice just for this specific stay though they did for the other correct one. VERY POOR. Be very careful of these people. No refunds and charged twice. Awful people. In this instance the hotel @Lalit Mumbai just as bad as no help provided knowing i had been charged twice.
