Offering real customer service would help. Instead you get an artificial lack of intelligence powered bot. It asks you to select your issue. If your issue isn't there they basically stick 2 fingers up at you and tell you to get lost. Brilliant idea. You couldn't find a better way to alienate and piss off customers. Try adding "My issue isn't listed" to the choices.
