Very professional. I ordered the wrong product and asked for a refund, way past the deadline. They accepted it and I sent it by mail without tracking. It took 3 months to get there, so they could've simply said "we didn't receive it". But no, they were very honest from day 1 and 90 days later they wrote me "we got your product, here's your refund". Recommend it.
