£200 + dress ordered - empty unsealed package received.
I am a first time customer - dress due to be delivered today - but it was an empty unsealed envelope. My posty said that this is not the first time - Farm Rio are regularly not sealing their packages and the post office cannot deliver. I inspected the packaging and it is ridiculous. Totally inadequate. It is fine to select green options for packaging, but not to do so to the detriment of the product. The environmental outcome is now far worse. Farm Rio - please package your products in a way that respects the craftsmanship and materials used to create them. Your current ways devalues the product, disrespects your makers and components, creates unnecessary waste and environmental detriment and means you have frustrated customers.
