Placed an order about a week ago
Placed an order about a week ago. Had come concerns about my item so I launched a PalPal dispute after reaching out to the company and not getting a response. After the claim was submitted, I promptly got a response. They addressed my concern. Then said to be patient as the order would now be processed normally. Its been a few more days with no tracking info. So who knows. I'm going on a week now with no real order or shipping conformation. I'm in limbo wondering if my order will ever show up or not. But customer service was friendly when I did reach out to them. I guess we will see if or when my order shows up. Also after submitting my order I now get of lot of strange spam emails.
