First time order, key accessory missing and dodgy emails & texts!
First order from Rosegal and was skeptical to say the least - any comms I'd had didn't spell my name right, had notification saying cart about to expire but it's all still there, plus reading all the reviews I didn't have much hope but thought I'd give it a shot as the stock looked good for plus size women. Good points are it arrived a day earlier than specified, and there was no import tax to pay, top actually fits ok, negative points are it is missing the one thing detailed in the picture which is the ribbon/tie going up the back - so it's just holes and cannot be worn. Makes no sense as to why they would package and send these tops without a key accessory. Have raised a ticket and will see what happens but not too impressed. Item number was 275100008 described as Plus Size Color Block Lace Up Top. Lace up aint there, overall not a great first experience and not sure if I will order again to be honest, especially due to the comms being so missmatched and addressing my name incorrectly etc, very unprofessional and looks pretty dodgy.
