Dont use this company...
Update: they have responded and have offered no solution to the problem. They have just stated they have taken a note of my disappointment and that they will raise the clarity of the returns process with the relevant team. No good for me now though. Dont use this company.... If I could give it no stars I would. They are not a UK company and when you try to return the purchase they give you an address in Germany and this is at your own cost. I wrongly assumed that because it was a .Co.uk email and website and a UK return address on the package it would be an easy return but I was so wrong. The products are no better than the cheap ones you can buy from TEMU. No response from customer services when I emailed challenging them, says it all really!!
