Things are great until you need customer support. I recently have had an issue with a non-international shipment. The item was last scanned in Ohio on November 2nd. It is now November 21st. I have gone back-and-forth with customer support for five days now. They keep saying to be patient. I have contacted the shipping company and they cannot locate the package and have recommended that I reach out to the vendor. Each time I do that they keep telling me to be patient and that the product will arrive. I have had several successful shipment from the company. But this latest experience has turned me off from ever wanting to buy from them again.
